Senior Product Manager Electric Utility Division

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience within the electric utility industry, with a focus on safety products or utility components
- Proven success in product management, marketing, or technical leadership roles
- Deep understanding of electric utility operations, safety standards, and customer decision-making processes
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagement and industry events
Nice to Have:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Background with utility equipment manufacturers or safety product providers
- Familiarity with IEEE, ASTM, IEC standards, and industry safety regulations
- Experience managing portfolios with revenue and profitability goals
- Established network within electric utilities and industry organizations
Preferred Educational & Experience Background:
A bachelor's degree complemented by extensive experience in the electric utility sector, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or similar advanced degree. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, launching new products, and cultivating client relationships in the utility ecosystem.

- Ability to build credibility with utility customers, safety professionals, and field personnel
- Experience supporting product launch and commercialization efforts
