Land Survey Field Crew Chief

Nitsch Engineering is seeking an experienced Land Survey Field Crew Chief to join our growing team! With offices in Boston, Lawrence, and Worcester, Massachusetts, we are looking for a candidate to support projects and clients in the Plymouth, MA area.

Responsibilities

• Direct all duties of the assigned survey field crew
• Execute field tasks as described in the scope of work
• Maintain clear and accurate field notes by recording all significant data
• Update the Project Coordinator and Project Manager on anything that may cause potential issues with the project schedule or budget

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within Land Surveying.
• Experience with topographical, ALTA, property, and construction surveying.
• Experience with Carlson SurvCE and Leica.
• Experience working with MassDOT, preferred.
• Must possess and valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
