Senior Product Manager - Collision- Remote within the US

You'll be their product advocate: the person who understands their problems, rallies the teams who can solve them, and makes sure they get fast, clear answers. What you'll do

* Manage relationships with multiple large multi-shop operator accounts at once as their trusted product partner * Coordinate and negotiate across Sales, Support, Implementation, Engineering, and User Experience to balance customer needs with business priorities * Turn customer insight, market research, and data into a clear product roadmap and well-defined user stories * Shape marketplace capabilities across catalog, pricing, search, and transaction workflows * Explore artificial intelligence opportunities like automated matching, dynamic pricing, and predictive analytics * Track the metrics that matter, such as adoption, conversion, retention, and gross merchandise value, and lead go-to-market for new initiatives

What you bring

* 5+ years of enterprise business-to-business software product management * Proven success managing several large enterprise accounts at the same time * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead without direct authority * Experience with ecommerce or marketplace products * Technical fluency to weigh application programming interfaces, integrations, and architecture tradeoffs with Engineering * Comfort with Agile practices and hands-on use of artificial intelligence tools * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Bonus points

* Automotive industry experience (highly preferred), especially in collision repair or parts procurement * Experience presenting strategy to executive leadership * Experience mentoring other product managers
