Property Manager – Multifamily Indianapolis, IN My client, a well-established and growing multifamily real estate owner/operator, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential community in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Role The Property Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the property, driving performance across leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance coordination, and financial results. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance people management, operational execution, and asset performance.
