Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards of care
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as directed by physician orders
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
• Active and unrestricted state license or eligibility to practice in Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nuclear medicine experience
• BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume acute care or hospital-based setting
• Familiarity with a variety of nuclear medicine modalities and imaging protocols
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
