Director of Operations

We are a rapidly growing cash-based medical practice in Charleston, SC, specializing in longevity and regenerative therapies. Our innovative, patient-first model operates outside traditional insurance systems, allowing us to deliver cutting-edge care without compromise. What You’ll Do: Oversee and streamline clinic operations to ensure optimal patient experiences. Lead growth strategy to scale revenue from $3M to $6M+. Manage finances including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Hire, train, and manage clinic administrative staff. Keep a level head during times of crisis and transition within the practice. Drive operational efficiency through systems, processes, and performance tracking. Partner with clinical and marketing teams to align operations with business goals. Report on KPIs and implement strategic improvements. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of operations leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or private-pay environments. Proven track record of scaling business revenue.
