Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Orbel is seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to drive customer satisfaction, assist in revenue growth, and coordinate internal sales processes from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Account Growth: Support revenue development by winning new business, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored product solutions that align with profitability goals while growing accounts.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central liaison between internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Production, Finance) and external partners (Outside Sales, Distributors) to share timely information and keep the sales process moving efficiently.
Full-Cycle Account Management: Manage the entire customer transaction workflow, including quoting, order entry, shipment monitoring, returns, and proactive issue resolution, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Relationship & Product Advocacy: Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, advocating for their needs internally and communicating feedback to team members to assist in customer service.
Data & Administrative Ownership: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across CRM, ERP, and SharePoint systems; prepare performance reports, support accounts receivable efforts, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.

Experience & Technology Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and either Teams, Slack, or Zoom
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, using proper grammar and spelling
Overall technology proficiency and the ability to learn new software or pick up new tech skills reasonably fast
