Entertainment/Transactional Assistant

Law firm is seeking an Entertainment/Transactional Assistant to join their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities Screen, direct, and prioritize incoming calls Coordinate agreement approvals and execution Track transaction negotiations and documents Word processing Create spreadsheets Schedule calls, videoconferences, and meetings Process new client/matter requests Maintain contact lists and calendar Attorney timekeeping Prepare expense reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 3+ years of transactional assistant experience in a law firm required Entertainment/music law experience a plus MS Office Suite & iManage required Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
