Plumbing Apprentice – D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning
Midland, TX | Monday–Friday

Want to learn a trade that can't be outsourced, automated, or replaced? D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is looking for a Plumbing Apprentice in Midland — no experience required. We'll teach you everything. All you need is the right attitude and a willingness to work hard and learn.

What We Offer Our Plumbing Apprentice:
• $18/hour to start

What You’ll Do as Our Plumbing Apprentice:
• Work alongside experienced plumbers on service calls and installs
• Learn how to diagnose and fix plumbing issues
• Assist with tools, materials, and job site setup
• Gain real, hands-on experience every day in the field
• Learn how to take care of customers the right way
Requirements:What We're Looking For:
- You genuinely want to become a plumber — this is a must
- Strong work ethic and reliability; you show up on time
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable working with your hands in the field
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
