Aerotek is hiring Production Workers – Immediate Start in Spokane - $19/hr

Job Description

Join our metal roofing and siding production facility in Spokane, WA. As a Production Worker, you’ll operate machinery, handle materials, and assist with packaging and shipping. This role involves consistent physical activity, accuracy in measuring materials, and flexibility to support multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate shears, press brakes, and roll forming machines safely
• Use hand and power tools for cutting, assembly, and prep work
• Forklift operation required (loading/unloading materials)
• Assist with shipping, staging orders, and packaging products
• Perform basic data entry for orders and labels
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work in hot/cold environments
• 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and initiative

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Shipping and material handling experience preferred
• Experince in metal fabrication or roofing is a plus
• Comfortable working in loud environments with ear protection
• Adaptable to changing priorities and varying temperatures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SPOKANE, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
