General Production Worker

Job Overview

This is an entry-level role where you will support daily production and warehouse activities. You may be trained on machines, forklifts, and basic manufacturing processes while working in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and collect raw materials from the warehouse
• Move and stage materials for production
• Support machine operators with setup and tasks
• Perform general labor and production duties
• Learn to operate machines after training
• Follow all safety rules and company guidelines
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work with the team to meet daily targets

Required Skills

• Experience in warehouse or production work
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Basic picking/packing knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and hardworking attitude

Nice to Have

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Forklift or material handling experience
• Exposure to machine operation

Work Environment

• Warehouse and production floor setting
• Physical and hands-on role
• Fast-paced work environment
• Strong focus on safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
