Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a leading manufacturing company assembling industrial paint sprayers. This role involves using hand and power tools, following computer-based work instructions, and working on a team-oriented assembly line in a clean, modern production facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial paint sprayers using hand and power tools.
• Follow detailed computer-based work instructions and production orders.
• Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, fastening, and alignment of components.
• Work collaboratively on an assembly line with 4 to 10 team members.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs and issues.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow computer-based work instructions.
• Comfortable standing for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with automotive repairs, home renovation projects, or comparable hands-on mechanical work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
