Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Princeton, MN At Alight Behavioral Therapy MN, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. Responsibilities Work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their natural environments, implementing behavioral intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Implement behavioral skills training, including functional skills, social skills, and communication skills. Collect data on client progress and maintain accurate records. Assist in developing and implementing behavioral plans, as directed by BCBAs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment. Requirements Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 4 months of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Must have a valid RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 25 pounds). Work Environment Part‑time schedule. In‑home therapy setting, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
