Hampton Inn Hallandale Beach | Aventura is looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily hotel operations, inspire team performance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality leader who is ready to make an impact and grow with a service-focused team.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in leading daily hotel operations across key departments.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and strong performance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance readiness.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, labor controls, inventory, and expense management.
• Act as General Manager when the General Manager is not on property.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of hotel management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and guest service skills.
• Financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, labor, and expense controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and hotel Property Management Systems; PEP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Food Safety Manager certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
