Key Responsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our community members. Your responsibilities will include: Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests of the community. Serving as the first impression for visitors to our Leasing Office. Facilitating the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates. Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings. Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork for current and prospective tenants. Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Leasing experience is a plus! Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding focus on customer service. Ability to handle basic office tasks (typing, filing, scanning, faxing, answering telephones, etc.). Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to go the extra mile, including working some overtime if required. Proficiency in standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software is beneficial. Physical Requirements: The successful candidate must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, including: Walking the property, including multiple flights of stairs. Completing physical inspections. Delivering resident communications. Showing apartments. Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
