Park Ridge at Conway is looking for an energetic and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our busy multifamily community in Conway, Arkansas!

As the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, our Leasing Consultant plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping drive occupancy and resident retention. We are looking for someone with strong leasing experience , excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Serve as the friendly, professional first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and visitors.
• Greet prospective residents, identify their housing needs, and provide information about available apartment homes.
• Conduct property and apartment tours while highlighting community features and amenities.
• Lease available apartments with a focus on maintaining strong occupancy.
• Follow up with prospective residents and help convert leads into leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist with lease preparation, negotiations, renewals, and resident communications.
• Maintain contact with current residents and assist with promoting strong renewal rates.
• Ensure applications, leases, and other resident documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and perform general office duties.
• Maintain organized leasing and resident records.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing and resident experience.
• Perform all leasing activities in accordance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Assist the Community Manager and onsite team with additional duties as needed.

This position requires previous leasing experience. Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• A proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy leasing office.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and general administrative duties, including typing, filing, scanning, and answering phones.
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Property management software experience is a plus.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to assist wherever needed to help the community succeed.
• Ability to work additional hours or overtime when necessary.

Candidates must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, including:

• Walking throughout the apartment community.
• Climbing multiple flights of stairs.
• Conducting property and apartment inspections.
• Showing apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Delivering resident notices and communications throughout the property.
