Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a hands-on, dependable leader who can support store operations and help a team provide great customer service. Retail or resale experience is helpful, especially in supervising employees, handling cash, or using point-of-sale systems. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are important. This is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Help oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store policies.
• Support the buying process by reviewing items customers bring in, selecting items that meet store guidelines, and paying cash on the spot.
• Coordinate tagging, merchandising, and inventory replenishment.
• Help schedule, guide, and coach team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.

Qualifications
