Sr Data Analyst - Alteryx to Tableau/Power BI Migration

We are seeking multiple Data Analysts to lead the migration of existing Alteryx workflows and reporting assets to Tableau and/or Power BI. This role will focus on analyzing current-state data pipelines, redesigning workflows, and delivering optimized, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements. This role will focus on analyzing current-state data pipelines, redesigning workflows, and delivering optimized, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end migration of Alteryx workflows and reporting solutions to Tableau and/or Power BI
- Analyze and document existing Alteryx data flows, transformations, and reporting logic
- Redesign and optimize data models, queries, and workflows for improved performance and scalability
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout migration process
- Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning of migrated solutions
- Document processes, data mappings, and best practices for long-term support
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow analysis and migration)
- Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI development
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience with data migration, ETL redesign, and dashboard optimization
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for BI modernization
- Prior experience in large-scale BI/reporting migration projects
