Sr Data Analyst - Alteryx to Tableau/Power BI Migration

Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple Data Analysts to lead the migration of existing Alteryx workflows and reporting assets to Tableau and/or Power BI. This role will focus on analyzing current-state data pipelines, redesigning workflows, and delivering optimized, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end migration of Alteryx workflows and reporting solutions to Tableau and/or Power BI
Analyze and document existing Alteryx data flows, transformations, and reporting logic
Redesign and optimize data models, queries, and workflows for improved performance and scalability
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI aligned with business needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout migration process
Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning of migrated solutions
Document processes, data mappings, and best practices for long-term support

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles
Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow analysis and migration)
Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI development
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Experience with data migration, ETL redesign, and dashboard optimization
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)
Knowledge of data governance and best practices for BI modernization
Prior experience in large-scale BI/reporting migration projects
