Location: Casper, WY
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Tuesday through Friday 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
• Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records
• Enforce safety standards and company policies throughout the facility
• Train, coach, and assist warehouse staff as needed
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence within the warehouse
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warehouse operations

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and email communication
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
