Production Technician

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the cleanliness and proper assembly of equipment in a controlled indoor environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment according to SOPs.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment as required.
• Maintain logs and perform basic data entry tasks.
• Perform housekeeping and general cleaning duties.
• Follow detailed SOPs and instructions accurately.

Essential Skills

• Experience following step-by-step written instructions.
• Ability to write legibly and maintain documentation.
• Basic math skills for logging time and calculating task durations.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Experience with washroom or sterile equipment.
• Familiarity with Alcoa documentation compliance.
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) experience.
• Attention to detail.

Work Environment

The role requires working in a climate-controlled, cleanroom or sterile environment. Shifts are flexible, with the possibility of working between locations that are 15 minutes apart. The position includes the potential for conversion with a pay increase.

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
