Customer Service Representative

Our client, a healthcare support organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on the weekend shift. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the healthcare support team supporting customer inquiries and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and emotional resilience, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay Range:$21.00 an hour

Shift: Friday 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Saturday 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Sunday 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

What's the Job?

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to healthcare logistics and supplies

• Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and service requests to customers

• Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers and internal teams

• Handle dispatching calls in a professional manner

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service

• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA requirements

• Reliable and emotionally resilient, capable of managing calls with professionalism
