Veterinary Client Service Representative Receptionist

Job Summary Veterinary and cornerstone experience is required. We are looking to recruit the right person to be a part of our team as a Front Office Receptionist. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, scheduling, payments, email, scanning, client education, reservations and all other guest services. As a receptionist, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to help lead our team. Our ideal candidate is required to have a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.
