Sr ECommerce Manager

Salary range for this position is $115,000 – 135,000 and bonus opportunity. Deadline to submit applications initially set for Monday July 27, 2026 . Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher’s presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces. Drive Revenue: Establish and deliver ambitious sales goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase month-over-month revenue. Optimize Visibility: Partner with content teams to implement SEO-optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings. Manage Performance: Oversee departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth. Operational Excellence: Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while executing conversion-rate optimization strategies. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of directly relevant experience managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms. Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. Analytical Skills: Exceptional data analysis skills with proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero programs.
