About the Role
We're seeking a Clinic Director to lead the overall performance, operations, culture, and clinical excellence of our Dothan clinic. The Director will be responsible for recruiting and developing an exceptional team, managing clinic performance and client satisfaction, supporting financial goals, building community partnerships, and maintaining a reasonable clinical caseload.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development of therapists
• Provide training and ensure clinical and operational policies are followed
• Coach staff toward performance expectations and support performance improvement when needed
• Build a positive, collaborative, and accountable clinic culture

Clinical Leadership

• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to therapy staff
• Provide consultation regarding productivity, caseloads, documentation, and clinical needs
• Support pre-licensed clinicians through appropriate clinical oversight and documentation review
• Maintain a reasonable client caseload and provide high-quality therapy

Clinic Operations

• Monitor clinic performance, client satisfaction, schedules, and operational needs
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and client care
• Address concerns from clients, clinicians, and external partners
• Support office operations and administrative processes

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active, independent Alabama clinical license such as LPC, LICSW, or LMFT
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Previous clinical leadership, supervision, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of Alabama requirements governing mental health practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
