Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, 06:00-17:00

Licensure/Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS (if applicable), State Licensure as required

Experience: 0-1 year in acute care preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $73.70/hour

What You'll Do

• Prepare and support cardiac catheterization procedures, including equipment setup and operation (fluoro imaging, digital image acquisition, hemodynamic systems, etc.)
• Ensure proper documentation of patient data, hemodynamic measurements, and ECG recognition
• Maintain sterile technique and uphold patient safety standards
• Collaborate with medical team to optimize patient care and departmental workflow
• Support radiation safety and act as a radiation safety representative during X-ray procedures
• Assist with patient positioning and transport as needed
• Support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow organizational policies on infection control, patient privacy, and safety
• Participate in ongoing training and competency development
• Promote a team-oriented environment aligned with organizational values

What You Need

Required:

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Tech program or healthcare-related field (Associate degree minimum)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• State licensure as required in New Mexico
• 0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Key skills: attention to detail, teamwork, patient safety focus

Preferred:

• Certifications such as RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT modalities
• Pediatric Life Support certifications for pediatric facilities
• Additional radiology or cardiovascular certifications
