Signal Patrol Guard

A Signal Patrol Guard will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site's Post Orders are requirements as well.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting and delivering various mobile security services
• Writing detailed and accurate reports
• Arriving on time for shifts and meeting time commitments
• Interacting with internal and external customers
• Communicating with supervisors to report information and concerns
• Maintaining company patrol vehicle
• Caring for Signal equipment
• Meeting key benchmarks and expectations
• Deescalating issues through communication
• Communicating with Branch Patrol Supervisor

Requirements include:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
