Are you a CDL-A driver interested in an OTR opportunity that includes competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is composed of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads, ensuring efficient operations with 70% drop and hook practices that reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may become eligible for dedicated accounts.
