Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative in Stevens Point, WIPay Rate: $19-$20/hr.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide professional, courteous assistance.Respond to customer questions regarding accounts, products, services, payments, and transactions.Research customer issues and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.Enter and update customer information, account details, and service requests in internal systems.Process transactions and maintain accurate records and documentation.Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems.Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service standards.Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1+ year of customer service, call center, banking, financial services, or administrative experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working with computers, databases, and multiple systems.Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Ability to follow procedures and work in a team-oriented environment.ABOUT US:Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
