Duration: Permanent

Shift: 24-hour shifts (Level III units), Day and Night shifts (Level IV unit)

Hours/Week: Varies based on shift type

Employment Type: Full-Time

Certifications: Must be NNP Board Certified (FNP, PNP not accepted)

Experience: 2+ years as NNP (not suitable for new graduates)

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a level IV NICU environment
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to high-acuity neonates
• Manage medical conditions for neonates with complex needs
• Participate in rotating shifts across multiple hospitals within the system
• Contribute to patient care planning and execution in high-stakes scenarios
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently

What You Need

• Valid NNP Certification (no other NP certifications accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an NNP
• Willingness to work high-acuity, fast-paced environment

• Experience in a Level III/IV NICU setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
