HR & Admin Coordinator

The HR & Admin Coordinator provides day-to-day support across HR and general office administration. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling a high volume of shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:HR SupportCoordinate direct labor staffing, including scheduling interviews, providing candidate feedback to staffing agencies, and tracking offer statuses and open positionsTrack pre-employment screenings and manage first-day logistics for new hiresSupport contractor conversions to direct employmentValidate weekly hours worked for 40+ contractors and submit to the staffing agency for payroll processingCoordinate indirect staffing needs, including onboarding paperwork, pre-employment screening, I-9/E-Verify completion, workstation setup, and onboarding schedulingSupport employee exit processes, including exit coordination and workstation clear-outProvide general employee support during Open Enrollment, including staffing the computer lab for ICHRA-related questionsAdminister the company Service Award programGeneral AdministrationLead the company's Charitable Giving initiative and serve as the primary point of contact for the ACSCoordinate Involvement Committee eventsOversee expense report processingOversee NDA tracking and administrationSupport venue bookings, catering, reservations, and equipment rentalsProvide front-desk reception coverage when neededProvide scheduling support for team meetingsMaintain and update action item trackersSupport data entry and data clean-up projectsQualifications & Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSelf-starter who takes initiative without needing close directionAble to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities simultaneouslyFriendly, approachable, and open communication stylePositive, adaptable attitude -- able to work in a high-volume, changing environment where daily tasks can varyCan work 5 days per week, including front-desk coverage as neededPay rate is $22-27/hr
