Overview GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Tempe/Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on customer service and security in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments. Manage access control. Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks. Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs. Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams. Answer questions in person or by phone. Write incident reports and communicate security concerns. Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or GED. Pass an extensive screening process. Exceptional customer service skills. Basic phone and computer skills. Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred. State license if required.
