Reconciliation Audit Clerk

Overview Sunday River Skiway is looking for an Reconciliation Audit Clerk to join our Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will need to be a detail-oriented, problem solver and demonstrate proficiency with numbers. The Recon Clerk will be in contact with individuals internal of the Organization. The applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines established by the Accounting and Corporate Team. This position will report to the Assistant Controller. Responsibilities Maintain relationships with various internal team members to answer questions and resolve issues Verify sales and receipts for point-of-sale locations for all resort locations Verify all discount and complimentary products by ensuring appropriate documentation and reporting all discrepancies Creating and uploading daily revenues of all POS Assist in Annual audit functions Other duties as assigned by the Manager Qualifications Associate degree in a business-related field preferred The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related accounting experience A combination of education and work experience may fulfil the above requirements Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Experience with Accounting software a plus Compensation & Benefits Wage ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with room for professional growth and advancement.
