CNC 5-Axis Center Machine OperatorPolamer Precision is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and team-oriented CNC 5 Axis/Mazak Machinist.Responsibilities:Operating CNC Vertical and/or Horizontal Milling machines, 3,4 & 5-axisSetup and run machines for production and new development workInspecting parts to drawings requirementsTroubleshooting malfunctions when necessaryReporting needed repairsReview setup sheet and specifications to determine setup proceduresRead and understand blueprints a mustAdvanced math knowledgeOther duties as assignedQualifications:Possess five (5) or more years' experience in aerospace industry, operating and set up knowledge of standard CNC controllersKnowledgeable of milling machining technologyMechanical principlesShop mathematicsMust have good verbal and written communication skillsMust read, write, and speak EnglishHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Work Environment:While performing the duties for this job, alternating between standing and sitting.
