Your role with us:

As a VIP Host, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high‑value players through online chat. You will manage up to 350 U.S. players. Your goal is to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations, creating personalized, memorable interactions. Your interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections, building trust and rapport with our VIP players.

Your hours and location of work are below:

Mon - Friday: 9am - 2pm (Office)

Mon - Friday: 9pm - 11pm (Home)

Saturday or Sunday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home)

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high‑value clients to identify existing and future business needs.
• Understand client objectives and decision‑making processes, forming long‑term partnerships.
• Actively manage assigned accounts, ensuring all enquiries are followed through.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the client base, collaborating with the VIP team to maximize growth.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of products aligned with customer needs and objectives.
• Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business.
• Make optimal use of communication tools such as onsite chat, email, Telegram, and other platforms to engage VIP players.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor, and Senior hosts to contribute to team development goals.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong gambling knowledge is advantageous.
• Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
