Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. Our facility, located in Omaha, NE, spans 50,000 square feet, where we manufacture large spring reels, motorized reels, slip rings, and festoon systems for assembly lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform various fit-up, tack welding, and final welding operations on electrical and structural assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate welding tasks.
• Utilize clamps, bolts, jigs, vice grips, welding fixtures, arc welder, spot welder, and cutting torch in daily operations.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of welding experience or relevant associates degree or certification.
• Proficiency in Mig/Tig welding on stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Valid welding certification for stainless steel, aluminum, and steel in flat - 3G position.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• AWS Certification preferred but not required.
• Open to students coming straight out of welding school.

Work Environment

Work in a machine shop environment exposed to fumes and noise. Our facility operates on a weekday schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional weekends based on production needs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Omaha,NE.
