Rams Head Shore House is looking for our next Restaurant Manager to join one of the best crews on Kent Island! We’re looking for someone who leads from the floor, loves hospitality, and knows how to create a great experience for both guests and staff. If you’re energetic, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Help lead and motivate an amazing team Deliver exceptional guest experiences Support daily restaurant operations Assist with hiring, training, and coaching staff Work alongside our kitchen and bar teams Help keep the good vibes flowing with great food, cocktails, and beer What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or full-service experience Positive attitude and strong communication skills Self-starter who thrives in a team environment Comfortable with POS and scheduling systems Someone who loves hospitality and taking care of people Compensation $50,000–$58,000/year based on experience About Rams Head Group: Rams Head Group is a family owned & operated, Annapolis-based restaurant and entertainment company. Established in 1989, Rams Head believes in Food, Fun & Beer while giving back to the community in which it serves. Rams Head Group currently owns and operates five restaurant locations in the region: two Rams Head Tavern locations (Annapolis, MD| Savage, MD); Rams Head Roadhouse in Crownsville, MD; Rams Head Shore House in Stevensville, MD and Rams Head Dockside in Glen Burnie, MD. The Rams Head Group has also expanded to Key West, FL where they own and operate Rams Head Southernmost.
