Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $125.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention
• Perform rounds in confinement areas to assess inmate adjustment and needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
• Gather and share information to support inmate care and treatment planning
• Maintain documentation in accordance with facility policies

What You Need:

• Valid psychology license or board eligibility
• BLS certification (or pending BLS attestation)
• Experience working with mental health populations or correctional settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
