Overview
Physical Therapist, General – Corvallis, Oregon. This travel assignment starts 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks in a short-term acute care hospital setting. You will be scheduled for 40 hours per week with a shift pattern of four 10-hour daytime shifts. Weekly pay ranges from $2,330 to $2,469 per week. The role includes weekend daytime coverage as needed (7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.). This is a shared position supporting multiple care sites within the region.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting mobility and functional independence; develop and adjust individualized PT plans
- Implement evidence-based rehabilitation interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team and medical staff; participate in discharge planning and care coordination
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications with the care team
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, home programs, and follow-up needs; ensure patient safety and infection control

Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
- Healthcare Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care across the region
- Must be able to work in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting
- Availability for weekend daytime coverage as needed (7:30–18:00)
