Project Specialist

Job Overview Candidate will provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement and change management for project life cycles. Understand scope, contract requirements and set priorities for the project team. Lead costs and schedule tracking and estimates (projections), establish communication plans, follow up with resource and manage task schedules, look for process improvements in running the project, support lesson's learned documentation, administer project change control, monitor team performance and resource allocations. Key Responsibilities Work with project managers and teams to organize MS project files. Utilize MS project and teams, manage budgeted and spending curves. Work with teams to collect information on task status and update the status. Required Skills Project coordination Microsoft Office Tracking Project management Administrative support Document control Schedule meetings Microsoft Excel Project coordinating Preferred Qualifications BS in Business or related degree 1+ years experience with project management Experience with MS Project, MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) Experience working and organizing teams, process development for administrative task, task organization and management.
