Senior Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Business Development Manager in the US and EMEA to accelerate growth for our asset tracking and visibility solutions across various Life Sciences sectors. This is a high-impact role for a consultative business developer who excels at building trust, driving deals, and delivering customer value through technology.

Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within the UK, Spain, US or the Netherlands , with remote working available within these countries.

What You'll Do:

• Drive new business and account expansion for SkyCell's solutions across the US and EMEA Pharma and Life Science landscape.
• Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Execute account-based strategies that identify new opportunities and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design the right solutions, grow the pipeline, and share customer insights that shape SkyCell's digital roadmap.
• Represent SkyCell at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences as a credible, knowledgeable partner.
• Maintain clear and accurate CRM records, forecasting opportunities and ensuring pipeline discipline.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology sales.
• Proven success in consultative or value-based selling, managing complex sales cycles end to end.
• Experience in the Life Sciences or Forwarding industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated self-starter mindset - able to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute independently.
• Take ownership of results - working independently while aligning closely with internal teams on strategy and execution.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
• Confident engaging (senior) stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT functions.
• Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
