Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, youll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success./ppIn this role, the Patient Services Representative will:/pulliWelcome patients and visitors to the office/liliAnswer and assist all incoming telephone calls/liliSchedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary/liliProvide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries/liliMaintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information/li/ulpWhat Youll Bring/ppWere looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experienceindividuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter./ppQualifications and Skills Include:/pulliHigh school diploma; Associates degree preferred/liliMinimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting/liliExtensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing/liliWomens health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred/liliKnowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)/liliBasic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite/liliAbility to communicate accurately and concisely/liliExcellent interpersonal skills/liliStrong attention to detail/liliAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment/li/ulpMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
