Communications Associate

Are you someone who can walk into a room, start a conversation and make people listen? Kinetic Marketing is looking for a Communications Associate to join our Cincinnati team. You’ll work on behalf of our nonprofit partners, taking their messages directly into the community and helping people understand the organizations, causes and campaigns behind them. This is a full-time, in-person role based across retail and event locations in the Cincinnati area. Your Role You’ll learn each campaign and become confident communicating it to different audiences. Your responsibilities will include: Speaking with members of the public face-to-face Presenting campaign messages in a clear and engaging way Answering questions and providing accurate information Building rapport and encouraging engagement Representing nonprofit partners professionally Working alongside the team to achieve campaign objectives Sharing feedback on public response and campaign messaging Why Join Kinetic?
