RN Charge Nurse Med/Surg

Schedule: Nights 7p-7a

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Must have charge nurse experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing staff and patient care on the Med/Surg unit.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Manage staffing resources effectively to maintain optimal patient care levels.
• Mentor and support nursing staff in clinical practices and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific policies and procedures.
