Service Support Playmaker Topgolf is hiring Service Support Playmakers to engage with Players and support team operations. Responsibilities Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring every Player has what they need. Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages. Maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards. Jump in to support the team where needed—restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean. Participate in safety and sanitation compliance: keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant. Live the Topgolf values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day, ensuring every player has an exceptional time. Qualifications Positive attitude—grumpiness is discouraged. One Team mentality; teamwork is valued. Player focus; obsession with making Players’ experience the best. Ability to thrive in a popular environment—stay calm when busy. Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus (not required). Physical Requirements Lift and move up to 50 lbs., including trays on stairs. Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, carrying. Expect to be on your feet most of the day. Active tasks; engage in a variety of physical activities.
