Salary: $49,920 - 72,800 per year Requirements:

• We need proven experience leading CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts and DIBCAC assessment preparation.
• We are looking for hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity risk analysis and security evaluation methods.
• We require experience creating, updating, and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and supporting records.
• We expect familiarity with incident handling, remediation coordination, and follow-through on security events.
• We value experience working with CCA representatives, auditors, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
• We need the ability to supervise and provide direction to an IT security team.
• We require strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and applicable regulatory obligations.
• We prefer candidates who can commute to Newington, CT 06111 and work on-site.
• A full-time work schedule is required.
• Prior experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated environments is an asset.

• We will have you lead our CMMC Level 2 compliance program and support DIBCAC assessment activities.
• You will perform risk reviews and security assessments to identify exposure and strengthen controls.
• You will develop, refine, and maintain our cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation.
• You will manage incident response efforts and oversee remediation actions through resolution.
• You will coordinate with CCAs, auditors, and our internal teams to support compliance and audit readiness.
• You will guide and oversee our IT security team in day-to-day security operations.
• You will help ensure we remain aligned with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
