The Rodbuster is responsible for cutting, bending, tying, and installing reinforcing steel (rebar) to strengthen concrete structures on construction job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Install and tie rebar using hand tools (pliers, tie wire, cutters)
• Read basic blueprints or rebar drawings (as required)
• Measure, cut, and place rebar according to layout
• Carry, lift, and move steel materials throughout the site
• Assist with building forms and prepping concrete pours
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements

Requirements:

• Construction/rebar experience preferred (entry-level may be considered)
• Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime if needed
• Steel-toe boots and PPE required
