Contract Paralegal (Agiloft)

Contract Paralegal (3 month Temp assignment) $30–$35/hour | Overtime Eligible We’re seeking a Contract Paralegal or junior attorney with 2+ years of experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Schedule 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (CST core hours required; EST candidates must accommodate) Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and revise contracts (NDAs, subscriptions, templated agreements, and more) Perform risk analysis and maintain contract database Track contracts, send follow-ups, and update contract tracker Work within Agiloft (or learn quickly) Assist with litigation bulletins and meeting minutes Monitor for antitrust considerations during meetings (training provided) Qualifications 2+ years of contract experience Must have Agiloft experience Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Company-issued laptop provided Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
