Contract Administrator

Ensuring timely and accurate contract management, the full-time Contract Administrator I will draft, review, and execute contracts while maintaining internal databases and performing quality reviews in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, revision, and execution of contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and services Update and maintain internal databases with legal documents, abstractions, and executive summaries Track authorizations and correspondence, maintaining organized files and preparing contract change notices Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups Ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in English and aptitude for technology, with an interest in understanding systems and interpreting data
