Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive emergency care in a fast-paced Emergency Room. The nurse will deliver high-quality patient care across adult and pediatric populations, ensuring safety and comfort during acute conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly to determine appropriate interventions.
• Administer blood products, medications, and IV therapies according to protocols.
• Maintain and care for central lines, ensuring their proper management.
• Perform phlebotomy and establish IV access efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat trauma and medical-surgical patients.
• Document patient care accurately and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of emergency nursing experience.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS are required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in trauma, pediatric, and med-surge nursing skills.
• Ability to float within scope to meet department needs.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
