Our NRVCS team is growing and seeking Community Support Professionals! As a CSP, you will have the unique opportunity to assist those in your community with behavioral health diagnoses. You will be subject to the competitive benefits, generous PTO, and working with an supportive team around you. With NRVCS, you can use your degree to make a difference in your community!

The Community Support Professional I, provides mental health skill building support to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses. Works as part of the team to ensure individuals are developing skills needed to help them build a recovery plan and live optimally in the community.

**$4,500 Sign on Bonus**

Starting Hourly Rate: $19.36-Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Required:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's degree in special education, social work, psychology, or approved human services related field is required.
Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-T required with a completion of QMHP-A required within one year of employment.
